At Vibehato, we are committed to delivering the freshest imported fruits to your doorstep, quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below to better understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options to ensure your fruit arrives fresh and on time:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic UK): 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping (Domestic UK): 1–2 business days

  • International Shipping: 5–10 business days (varies by location)

All perishable items are packaged carefully with temperature control measures where applicable.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. Charges are automatically calculated at checkout:

  • Domestic Standard Shipping: £4.99

  • Domestic Express Shipping: £9.99

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your fruit order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the delivery status via the courier’s website.


5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by the shipping method:

  • Standard (UK): 3–5 business days

  • Express (UK): 1–2 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or weather.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Shipping to military or APO/FPO addresses is currently unavailable.

  • Some remote international locations may not be serviceable. Check availability during checkout.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges. These are the responsibility of the customer and not included in our shipping fees.


8. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at Email: cskh@thietkeweb.live We will work to resolve the issue and send a replacement or refund if necessary.


9. Shipping Insurance

We recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout for high-value fruit gift boxes or bulk orders. Without insurance, we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged goods once shipped.
