At VIBEHATO, we are dedicated to delivering premium imported fruits to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. This shipping policy explains the methods, costs, and timelines involved in delivering your fresh orders.
We offer several shipping options to ensure your fruits arrive fresh and on time:
Standard Shipping (Domestic): Delivered within 3–5 business days across the United Kingdom.
Express Shipping (Domestic): Delivered within 1–2 business days for faster delivery.
International Shipping: Available to selected countries. Delivery times range from 5–12 business days, depending on the destination.
Note: For the safety and freshness of perishable items, we do not ship on weekends.
Shipping fees depend on your location, order weight, and delivery speed selected. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Below are our standard rates:
Domestic Orders (UK):
Standard Shipping: £5
Express Shipping: £10
International Orders:
Shipping costs vary depending on the country and are displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 business day to maintain product freshness. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery progress via our courier’s website.
Expected delivery windows once the order is shipped:

Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–2 business days
International Shipping: 5–12 business days (depending on location)
Please keep in mind: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or courier delays.
P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to military or government addresses.
International Destinations: Shipping is available to many countries. You’ll be informed at checkout if your location is eligible.
For international deliveries, import taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid by the customer.
If your fruit arrives damaged or spoiled, please email cskh@thietkeweb.live within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will coordinate with our delivery partners to resolve the issue promptly.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for large or high-value orders. VIBEHATO is not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit if insurance is not selected at checkout.
